Refund & No-Return Policy

This Refund & No-Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on cvmgold.xyz (“Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing gold through our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Nature of Transactions

  • Gold purchased on cvmgold.xyz represents value-based gold purchases only
  • We do not deliver gold physically to customers
  • Physical gold can be collected only by visiting our authorized store location in person
  • We do not provide online encashment or cash settlement of gold value

2. No Return & No Refund Policy

  • All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable
  • No returns, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted once a transaction is successfully completed
  • Refunds shall not be issued under any circumstances, including:
    • Change of mind
    • Market price fluctuations
    • Inability or delay in visiting the store
    • Personal, financial, or logistical reasons

3. Gold Collection Process

  • Customers must visit the designated cvmgold.xyz store with:
    • Valid government-issued photo ID
    • Purchase confirmation / invoice
    • Any additional verification documents as required
  • Gold will be issued only against the equivalent value purchased on the Platform
  • Collection is subject to:
    • Successful payment confirmation
    • Completion of mandatory KYC requirements
    • Availability of gold at the store

4. No Cash or Online Settlement

We do not:

  • Convert gold value into cash
  • Transfer money to bank accounts
  • Provide online or digital redemption

Gold can be redeemed only in physical form by in-store collection.

5. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the transaction fails due to technical reasons, such amount shall be:

  • Reversed by the payment gateway, or
  • Refunded to the original payment method after verification

This clause applies only to failed transactions and does not constitute a refund of a completed purchase.

6. User Acknowledgement

  • You understand there is no return or refund policy
  • You agree to collect physical gold only from our store
  • You waive any claim for online encashment or monetary refund

7. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the Website and shall be effective immediately.

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
